Data protection

If personal or business data (email addresses, names, postal addresses) can be entered in the context of the Internet offer, such data are disclosed by the user expressly on a voluntary basis. The use of all services offered is - if technically possible and reasonable - permitted even without the provision of such data or with the provision of anonymised data or under a pseudonym. Third parties are not permitted to use contact details such as postal addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses disclosed in the context of the publishing notes to send information that has not been explicitly requested. The right to take legal measures against the sender of spam e-mails in case of breach of this prohibition is expressly reserved.

Information on access (date, time, visited site) may be stored on the server through a visit of the Service Provider's website. Such data are not personal data but are anonymised. Such information will be assessed for statistical purposes only. Such information will not be passed on to any third party, neither for commercial nor non-commercial purposes.

The Service Provider expressly underlines that data transfer on the Internet (e.g. by e-mail) has loopholes and cannot be fully protected against access by third parties.

We will collect, use and manage your personal data on this website only if

  • there is a justified interest in the context of operation of this website, particularly to answer questions, make available services and/or information intended for you;
  • if you have consented to the use for the concretely designated lawful purposes;

and/or

  • we are legally obliged to do so.

By filling in the forms provided on our website, you provide us with your personal data. Such data are for instance name, position, company, contact details such as business email address, telephone number and business postal address and your personal selection criteria as regards concrete requests or services. We use such personal data to process your request and/or render requested services or supply requested information.

If you wish to see, confirm, revise, correct, update, supplement, anonymize, block, limit or delete your personal data and/or the use of your personal data by us, please contact us at datenschutzbeauftragter@schlemmer.com.
