The Mobile Factory facilitates the shift of production worldwide for the first time from a stationary manufacturing plant into a mobile container. This means that i.e. corrugated tubes can be produced independent of any location and within flexible time.

Production volume:
25 different tools and three materials allow the production of two- to three thousand different Schlemmer products. The output of an average corrugated tube is produced with 2 meters per minute, meaning just more than 21.000 meters per shift being at the most 62.000 meters, in a three shift-operation per day.
Customization:
The Mobile Factory can easily consist of several containers and a larger number of tools - according to the individual customer demands.
